Job Description:  

Our client is looking for one (1) or more Project Manager(s) with extensive project management experience in managing large projects focusing on implementing a customer centric business transformation strategy.

Proven Skills :

• The Proponent(s) will be responsible for directing and managing the Business Modernization project.and if time permits, other corporate projects from beginning to end to ensure project objectives are met.

• The successful candidates(s) will possess a combination of technical and leadership skills.

• They will have a strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools, as well as the ability to manage teams, resources, and budgets effectively.

• In addition, they should possess excellent communication skills and be able to develop strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and team members. The intended start date for the role is May 1, 2023.

• They will also have the ability to identify and manage project risks effectively, be adaptable to changing circumstances, provide accurate and regular status reports and be able to navigate complex organizational structures. They will also have a track record of successful project delivery and be able to demonstrate their ability to drive results and meet project goals

• Project manager services may be provided remotely but occasional onsite visits may be required.

• Experience In at least 7 years of experience with/in Project Management

• Experience In at least 5 years of experience with/in Manager, Leader

Industry experience required: Insurance

Must Have

Valid Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification.

Demonstrated experience in business modelling, requirements facilitation, elicitation and gathering.

Wage/Salary Info: Hourly Rate – negotiable
